Conceptual Design:

Nowadays one can get easily confused with the number of diverse products and finishing elements available at the market. During the first phase, which is conceptual design, we help you to get acquainted with possible solutions, and find the one that is best for your apartment/house. We prepare a functional layout and choose appropriate finishing elements. We present you with available products, prepare visualizations, and make sure that a project will fit your budget.

Technical Design:

During the second phase, technical design, we convert what was prepared in conceptual design into an executive plan. This phase is usually the most difficult part of the designing process, while all ideas have to be prepared clearly for a contactor to be executed exactly the way they were designed. We deliver you layouts of wiring and sewerage systems, as well as plans of wardrobes and other custom-made furniture. We also prepare plans of all walls with description of materials to be used and finishing details. These phase lasts circa 2 months and ends with a file of technical designs of all rooms, designs of woodwork, bathrooms etc. Moreover during this phase we prepare you offers of basic materials and executive designs of individual interior elements (flooring, ceramics, woodwork, lightning, bathroom and kitchen equipment etc.) We also offer help with choosing a right contractor.

Supervision:

The last phase of our job is supervision of the execution of a project. The services rendered in that phase include our visits to the site, coordination of delivery of materials and stages of contractor’s work. The aim of supervision is to ensure that each element of your interior in reality corresponds to the plans, and that you are fully satisfied with our services.

Interior decoration:

Interior decoration is a separate service we offer for those who need assistance in final decorating or redecorating their interiors. During a few meetings we propose several possible ways of decorating a given apartment, without interfering with wall constructions or any other fixed elements of the building.
